The Radium Engineering Dual Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit is the complete crankcase ventilation solution for the Ford Focus RS LZ, combining both the PCV side and crankcase side catch cans in a single purchase. Both cans function completely independently of each other and can also be purchased separately.

This is a closed loop system — it does not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making it emissions compliant and track legal. Each catch can features large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick for easy fluid inspection. Both kits mount using factory holes with no cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications required.

Focus RS Catch Can System Overview

20-0315-FL — PCV Catch Can Kit: Runs inline with the PCV valve, retaining factory function. During idle, steady-state cruising, and deceleration, metered vacuum would normally draw crankcase vapour, unspent fuel, and oil sludge into the intake manifold. The Radium catch can intercepts this before it reaches the engine. Because Radium catch cans are pressure sealed, a direct intake manifold connection is permitted on this boosted application.

20-0316-FL — Crankcase Vent Catch Can Kit: Mounts on the rear LH side of the engine bay, running inline with the crankcase breather port. At high load (WOT), captures high crankcase blow-by flow that would otherwise accumulate as oil and sludge in the intake pipe and intercooler — reducing thermal efficiency and performance over time.
