Frequently asked questions
Coilovers or adjustable lowering springs?
Coilovers give full height and, on most models, damping adjustment for street and track. The ALS adjustable lowering springs are a simpler drop on the factory dampers. Tell us your goal and we will advise.
Are AST coilovers street friendly?
Yes. The 5100 and 5200 series are designed for road use as well as track, with quality damping you can live with daily.
Can you fit and align them?
Yes. Our Ringwood workshop fits AST suspension and offers wheel alignment.
