Shipping costs

  • Flat-rate shipping is $15 Australia-wide.
  • Orders over $1,000 ship free.

Order processing and dispatch

  • Processing time: orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Dispatch: orders placed before 12 PM AEST are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Exclusions: orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Victorian public holidays.

Shipping methods and carriers

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

  • Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Express shipping: 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors.

Out of stock items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to discuss the options. You may choose to:

  • Split the order, allowing available items to be shipped immediately and the remaining items to be backordered.
  • Hold the entire order until all items are in stock and ready to ship together.

If you opt to split the order, additional shipping charges may apply for the second shipment. This decision is made at the discretion of Revzone and will be communicated clearly before proceeding.

Lost or stolen packages

Revzone is not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided. If your tracking information shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend taking the following steps:

  • Check around your property and with neighbours in case it was delivered nearby.
  • Contact the courier directly to lodge an investigation.
  • Report the incident to local authorities if you believe the package was stolen.

We will do our best to assist where possible, but once the item is marked as delivered, responsibility lies with the recipient.
