Revzone Pty Ltd
What can be returned
- Most items that are regularly stocked at Revzone or are locally available may be accepted for return.
- Items that are special order or ordered from overseas may not be accepted for return, and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Once a product has been test fitted, installed, or used, it can no longer be returned.
Restocking fees
- Items applicable for return will incur a 15% restocking fee when a refund is required. If the customer opts for store credit instead, 100% of the purchase value is applied to the customer's account.
- Items deemed special order will incur a 20% restocking fee regardless of whether a refund or store credit is selected.
- Items returned in any condition other than brand new may be subject to additional restocking or repackaging fees, or may be rejected for return. Rejected items will be returned to the customer at their cost.
Refunds
Refunds processed via PayPal, Afterpay, or Zip Money will have the applicable payment gateway fee deducted from the refund amount. These payment providers do not refund their administration fees to Revzone Pty Ltd when a customer is refunded, so these fees are deducted from any refund amount.
Return timeframes
- Customers have 14 days from the date they receive their order to lodge a return request with Revzone Pty Ltd.
- Once a return request is approved and an RMA number has been issued, the item must be returned within 7 days.
- Customers must print and complete the Return Form and include it with the returned products.

A Return Form will be supplied and must be included with the items.
Shipping and packaging
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an incorrect item was sent by Revzone Pty Ltd or its distribution partners, Revzone Pty Ltd will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customers are welcome to return items in person, provided a return request has been submitted and approved by Revzone Pty Ltd in advance.
- All returns must be in original packaging unless previously discussed. Packaging that is damaged or in an unsellable condition will incur a 20% repackaging fee, or the item may be returned to the customer.
Exemptions
Items may not be subject to the terms above in the following circumstances:
- The item is faulty.
- The item was not as described or was incorrectly supplied.
- The item was incorrectly listed or misleading.
- The item is no longer available, or unavailable for an extended period of time.
In these circumstances, Revzone Pty Ltd will not charge any restocking fees or deduct any fees from refunds or credits.
Limitation of liability
Revzone Pty Ltd cannot be held accountable for any additional costs incurred outside the original purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, additional transport costs, labour costs, or any other costs directly or indirectly associated with the original purchase.
