Description
AST coilovers for the BMW 1, 2 and 3 Series on the F20, F21, F22 and F30 chassis. The range runs from the 5100 Street, a single-adjustable inverted monotube for road and occasional track use, up to the 5300 with three-way adjustment for drivers who want separate control over low and high speed damping. All four models share the same inverted damper construction and are built to order in the Netherlands.
Choosing a model
- 5100 Street, inverted non-coilover rear, supplied without top mounts. The road-biased option.
- 5100 Competition (NCO), inverted with front top mounts and a non-coilover rear.
- 5100 Competition (CO), inverted with front and rear top mounts and rear ride height adjustment independent of spring preload.
- 5200, two-way adjustable with separate bump and rebound control.
- 5300, three-way adjustable splitting high and low speed compression from rebound.

- Built to order, so allow lead time before dispatch
- A wheel alignment is required after fitting
- Check your build date before ordering, as Pre-LCI and LCI use different front strut part numbers
- Cars with factory adaptive damping may need the electronic damper control warning managed at fitting

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unused parts in their original packaging. Refunds incur a 15% restocking fee (20% for special orders), or choose store credit and the full purchase value is applied to your account.
Parts that have been test fitted, installed, or used can't be returned, and special-order or overseas-ordered items are assessed case by case. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are always covered at no cost to you. Read the full returns policy.
