Description
Radium Stainless Transmission Filter — Nissan GT-R R35 (2007+)
The Radium stainless transmission filter was designed specifically for the GR6 dual-clutch transmission found in the 2007+ Nissan R35 GT-R. Unlike the OEM paper element filter, the Radium unit uses a 40-micron pleated stainless steel wire mesh element that can be cleaned and reused for a lifetime of service — eliminating the need for periodic filter replacements.
The pleated design creates five times more surface area than a standard element, significantly extending service intervals and maintaining consistent oil flow even under high-demand conditions. The unique internal bypass valve uses a progressive disc mechanism engineered to work efficiently with both stock and heavily modified GR6 applications. Like the OEM filter, the Radium unit includes an integrated diffuser that evenly distributes oil flow across the entire element for optimal filtration performance.
