Radium Top Feed Upgrade Fuel Rails, Subaru Liberty / Outback EZ30 H6 (2000-2003)

The Radium Engineering 20-0764-02 Top Feed Upgrade Fuel Rails are a complete fuel rail solution for the Subaru EZ30 Phase-I flat-six engine, as found in the 2000-2003 Liberty and Outback H6. CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminium, black anodised, and laser etched, these rails support all engine power requirements with a large internal bore — from naturally aspirated builds through to high-flow injector upgrades.

These rails are specifically designed for the EZ30 Phase-I engine — identified by a single exhaust port per bank and the Subaru air-assist fuel injection system. Each rail features three 8AN ORB threaded ports (6 total). To reuse the OEM fuel pressure regulator, use Radium 20-0301.

Fuel Injector Compatibility

OEM Injectors

The Radium fuel rails feature 11mm injector bores — directly compatible with the factory Subaru EZ30 Phase-I air-assist fuel injectors. No modifications required.

Aftermarket Injectors

The Phase-I EZ30 uses a unique OEM air-assist injector that is not replicated in the aftermarket. To use universal aftermarket injectors, the provided Radium injector seats must be installed into the air-assist cylinder heads. Once installed, an aftermarket injector that is 48mm long with 11mm upper O-ring and 14mm lower O-ring must be used.
