The Radium Engineering Fluid Lock PCV Catch Can Kit addresses the PCV side of the crankcase ventilation system on the Ford Fiesta ST. The PCV and crankcase side catch cans function completely independently of each other and are sold individually or together — see also the CCV kit (20-0378-FL) and dual kit (20-0379-FL).

This is a closed loop system — it does not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making it emissions compliant and track legal. The catch can features large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick for easy fluid inspection. Mounts using factory holes and fits under the OEM engine cover with no modifications required.

PCV Catch Can Kit - 20-0377-FL

Secures to the front RH motor mount. Runs inline with the PCV valve, retaining factory function. During idle, steady-state cruising, and deceleration, metered vacuum would normally draw crankcase vapour, unspent fuel, and oil sludge into the intake manifold. The Radium catch can intercepts this before it reaches the engine. Because Radium catch cans are pressure sealed, a direct intake manifold connection is permitted on this boosted application.
