Description
Radium Dual Catch Can Kit — Toyota Supra MK5 A90 2019+ (Fluid Lock)
For the ultimate in engine protection on the MK5 Supra, Radium Engineering recommends the Dual Catch Can Kit — combining both the PCV and CCV catch can kits into one complete closed-loop system. This kit captures blow-by vapours from both the PCV and crankcase vent ports before they can contaminate your turbocharger inlet, intercooler, or intake pipe.
The Fluid Lock configuration does not vent to atmosphere (VTA) — making it fully emissions and track legal. Closed-loop systems remove oil and sludge from PCV gases before they re-enter the engine, promote negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance, and prevent unwanted oil vapours from entering the cabin. No cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications are required.
PCV Catch Can — 20-0749
Runs inline between the ventilation valve and the intake pipe, mounting to threaded bosses on the front radiator support. Traps metered crankcase vapour, unspent fuel, and oil sludge — promoting clean filtered air back into the turbocharger inlet.
CCV Catch Can — 20-0750
Mounts to two holes on the front radiator support and was designed specifically to clear strut braces. Runs inline between the crankcase vent (CCV) port and the intake pipe. At low loads it experiences atmospheric pressure; at high load (WOT) it captures the high flow of crankcase vapour that would otherwise accumulate as oil and sludge in the intake pipe and intercooler — reducing thermal efficiency and performance.
