Description
The Process West Stage 1 Front Mount Intercooler Kit for the 2022+ VB WRX is the essential cooling upgrade for handling the demands of the FA24.
This version is intended for those installing the Process West VB FA24 WRX intake manifold (Standard and Port Injection), allowing fitment without the throttle adaptor pipe (PWIM010AP). Because the manifold repositions the throttle body lower and closer to the firewall than the factory design, this kit is not compatible with the factory intake.
If you plan to install the intake manifold later, we recommend the traditional Stage 1 kit (PWFMIC10B), which is compatible with the factory intake. When you upgrade to the Process West manifold, the adaptor pipe (PWIM010AP) makes that kit compatible.
The generous 525 x 350 x 75mm core has greater internal fin density than the factory core, paired with high-flowing cast end tanks for even flow distribution.
- Precision piping: lightweight CNC mandrel-bent aluminium piping for smooth airflow and a perfect fit with the PW intake manifold
- Keep the crash bar: the core sits deeper into the engine bay, so the factory crash bar is retained
- Bolt-on installation: no cutting or permanent modification to the front bumper required. All brackets, silicone couplers and stainless steel hose clamps included
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), and orders placed before 12pm AEST are usually dispatched the same day. Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days and express 1-3, with tracking emailed as your order leaves.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unused parts in their original packaging. Refunds incur a 15% restocking fee (20% for special orders), or choose store credit and the full purchase value is applied to your account.
