Fitting kit: Verticooler and intake manifold - Subaru WRX 2015-2021 (VA)
A dedicated hardware kit for owners running both the Process West Verticooler and the Process West intake manifold on a 2015-2021 Subaru WRX.
Both components are larger than the factory parts, which creates clearance constraints when used together. This kit provides the parts needed to integrate both systems cleanly.
Why and when this kit is required
When you run a high-volume induction system, space in the VA WRX engine bay gets tight. This kit addresses two fitment points:
- Manifold height: the Process West intake manifold (PWIM007) has a taller plenum than the original, reducing clearance for the under-hood ducting.
- Ducting alignment: the Verticooler (PWTMIC14B) includes an upgraded hood scoop and duct assembly. Because the intake manifold sits higher, the standard Verticooler ducting will not fit correctly when both are used together.
If you run the Process West Verticooler and plan to add the Process West intake manifold (or the other way around), this fitting kit is required to make both parts work together.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unused parts in their original packaging. Refunds incur a 15% restocking fee (20% for special orders), or choose store credit and the full purchase value is applied to your account.
