Description
The HKS over pipe is an exhaust joint pipe for the Toyota 86 and Subaru BRZ that sits between the primary and secondary catalytic converters. The stock 54mm pipe is a recognised restriction in the factory exhaust system; HKS replaces it with a 60mm pipe routed without the dents pressed into the stock unit, reducing exhaust pressure and improving flow. The larger bend radius and elimination of the factory dents means lower exhaust resistance and a measurable power gain, making this pipe a useful companion to a bolt-on turbo kit.
