- High-Temperature Prepreg Carbon Fiber Construction: Utilizes multiple layers with cross-directional weave patterns to form a 2mm wall thickness, ensuring exceptional strength and heat resistance.
- Optimized Airflow: Smooth internal transitions and increased internal volume reduce turbulence and allow turbos to operate with less restriction.
- CNC-Machined Turbo Flanges: Aircraft-grade aluminum flanges with OEM o-ring compatibility provide a secure and precise connection to the turbo outlets.
- Reinforced Clamping Areas: Embedded stainless steel rings in the pipe openings maintain shape under high clamping forces, preventing deformation.
- Oil-Resistant Silicone Couplers: High-quality couplers with oil-resistant lining ensure durability and a secure seal.
- Marine-Grade Stainless Steel Hose Clamps: Constant tension clamps provide reliable sealing under varying temperatures and pressures.
- Methanol Injection Compatibility: Designed without methanol ports to maintain structural integrity; a separate J-pipe with methanol ports is under development for optimal placement before the inlet manifold.
