AST 5100 Street Series Coilovers (No Top Mounts)- BMW M2 (F87 / F87 Competition)

The AST 5100 Street Series coilovers for the BMW M2 F87 are engineered to deliver a major step up in handling precision, ride control, and driver feedback while remaining well suited to daily driving. Built around motorsport-derived monotube technology, the 5100 Series offers consistent damping performance, improved heat management, and a sharper, more connected feel than typical twin-tube suspension.

The AST 5100 Series uses a high-pressure monotube damper design where the oil and nitrogen are separated by a floating piston. This enables a larger internal piston for improved damping accuracy, better grip, and more consistent performance under hard braking and cornering. High-pressure nitrogen helps prevent cavitation, maintaining stable damping behaviour when the suspension is working hard.

Rebound damping is adjusted via a single external knob, allowing you to fine tune the suspension to suit your tyres, road conditions, and driving style. Ride height is adjusted via the threaded body, with AST shock bodies designed to retain maximum stroke even at lower ride heights.
