Description
The Verus Engineering 3D printed aluminum oil pan for the FA24-powered Toyota GR86 (ZN8) and Subaru BRZ (ZD8) addresses the platform's well documented oil pressure drops under sustained cornering load. An integrated baffle system with stainless steel trap doors keeps oil situated at the pickup during high-G track driving, while the increased oil capacity adds thermal headroom over the factory pan. The pan is contoured from 3D scan data to clear the exhaust header without invasive modification.
