Radium Fuel Pump Hanger, Honda Civic EG / EK / Integra DC2 (1992-2001)

The Radium Engineering Fuel Pump Hanger is a drop-in replacement for the stock fuel pump assembly in the Honda Civic (EG / EK) and Integra (DC2). Configurable with one aftermarket fuel pump, or two pumps when paired with the Radium Dual Pump Add-On (sold separately). No cutting or modification of the vehicle's sheet metal or fuel tank is required.

Note: Fuel pumps are not included and must be purchased separately.

Plumbing

The fuel pump outlet is tapped for 8AN ORB (3/4"-16) female threads on the top plate. Three outlet adapter fittings are included:

• Pre-installed -6AN male fitting — for aftermarket feed lines
• Barbed adapter fitting — allows OEM feed line reuse on 1994-1995 Integra / 1992-1995 Civic
• SAE quick connect fitting — allows OEM feed line reuse on 1996-2001 Integra / 1996-2000 Civic

Two return port fittings are also included:

• Pre-installed barbed fitting — allows OEM return line reuse
• -6AN male fitting — for aftermarket return lines

All fittings are machined low enough to clear the fuel pump access cover.

Electrical

Custom designed stainless steel electrical studs handle the high current demands of modern high-flow fuel pumps. Connections are hermetically sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels. Non-conductive anodised aluminium acorn nuts prevent accidental short circuiting. In-tank wiring is insulated with chemically resistant ETFE.

• Single Walbro GSS342 (255LPH) installations can reuse the OEM fuel pump wiring
• Upgrading OEM wiring is recommended to ensure pumps receive full power
