Description
Radium Electrical Bulkhead Stud Kit — 8-Pack
This kit includes 8 complete electrical bulkhead stud assemblies, each CNC-machined from 304 stainless steel for electrical conductivity and long-term corrosion resistance. Designed for clean, reliable bulkhead wiring pass-throughs in fuel cells, firewalls, and chassis panels, these studs are compatible with all fuel types including gasoline, diesel, E85, ethanol, and methanol.
Each stud includes a special insulating sleeve to prevent panel conduction and galvanic corrosion, a ring terminal accepting 10-12 AWG wire, two top locking nuts for a secure connection, a nylon acorn nut, and heat shrink to insulate exposed areas from accidental shorts.
Important — Dimensional Requirements: The following panel specifications must be met for correct installation:
- Drilled hole diameter: 0.220"-0.234" (15/64" drill bit)
- Material thickness: 0.262"-0.322"
