Radium Dual Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit, Subaru WRX VB (2022+)

The Radium Engineering 20-0756-FL Dual Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit is a complete PCV and CCV oil catch can solution for the Subaru WRX VB (2022+). Both cans mount using factory holes and integrate cleanly with the surrounding components. They are closed-loop designs — they do not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making them emissions compliant and track legal. No cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications to the vehicle are required.

No extra inline check valve is required — Radium catch cans are pressure sealed. Both cans function independently and are included together in this dual kit.

PCV Catch Can

The PCV catch can runs inline between the PCV valve and the intake manifold, promoting clean filtered air back into the engine. When intake manifold pressure is near or above atmospheric (under boost), the PCV check valve closes and this circuit experiences no flow. Under idle, steady-state cruise, and deceleration, the PCV hose experiences metered vacuum — conditions that would normally draw crankcase vapour, unspent fuel, and oil sludge directly into the intake manifold after a high-load run. The catch can mounts to threaded bosses on the ABS unit.

CCV Catch Can

The CCV catch can mounts underneath the OEM air intake duct without any permanent modifications, and is fully compatible with the OEM air duct. It runs inline between the crankcase vent (CCV) port and the turbo inlet pipe. At low loads, this circuit sees atmospheric pressure. Under high load (WOT), it experiences high flow from the crankcase into the intake system — conditions that would normally deposit oil and sludge in the air filter intake pipe. The catch can captures these contaminants and routes clean filtered air back into the intake.
