The Radium Engineering Dual Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit is a complete VTE (vent-to-engine) crankcase ventilation solution for the MK4 Toyota Supra. Both catch cans function completely independently of each other and do not vent to atmosphere (VTA) — making them emissions compliant and track legal. The closed loop design removes oil and sludge from PCV gases before they are routed back to the engine, promotes negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance, and prevents unwanted oil vapours from entering the cabin.

Because of the many OEM component variations on this chassis, 3 different mounting brackets are included to provide a solution for all configurations — RHD and LHD, stock twin turbos, large single turbo, updated brake master cylinder, and early models with rear brake TRAC. All brackets use factory holes with no cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications required.

Supra A80 Catch Can System

PCV Catch Can — 6AN plumbing: Runs inline with the PCV valve, retaining factory function. During idle, steady-state cruising, and deceleration, metered vacuum would normally draw crankcase vapour, unspent fuel, and oil sludge into the intake manifold. The Radium catch can intercepts this before it reaches the engine. Because Radium catch cans are pressure sealed, a direct intake manifold connection is permitted on this boosted application.

CCV Catch Can — 8AN plumbing: Runs inline with the crankcase vent (CCV) port. At low loads it experiences atmospheric pressure, but at high load (WOT) it captures high crankcase blow-by flow that would otherwise accumulate as oil and sludge in the intake pipe and intercooler — reducing thermal efficiency and performance over time.
