Radium CCV Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit, Toyota GR Supra A90 / A91 (2019+)

The Radium Engineering 20-0750-FL CCV Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit is a purpose-built crankcase ventilation solution for the Toyota GR Supra A90/A91 (2019+). Running inline between the crankcase vent (CCV) port and the intake pipe, this kit intercepts oil-saturated blow-by before it accumulates in the air filter intake pipe and intercooler — protecting the B58 engine from oil contamination and preserving intercooler thermal efficiency under high-load driving.

The catch can mounts to two holes on the front radiator support and is specifically designed to clear strut braces. The kit uses factory holes — no cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications required. It is a closed-loop design — it does not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making it emissions compliant and track legal.

Note: This kit addresses the CCV side only. It does not address blow-by from the PCV side of the crankcase. For complete coverage, pair with the Radium 20-0749 PCV Catch Can Kit.

CCV Circuit

At low loads, the CCV circuit sees atmospheric pressure. Under high load (WOT), it experiences high flow from the crankcase into the intake system — conditions that would normally deposit oil and sludge in the air filter intake pipe and spread into the intercooler. Oil accumulation in the intercooler lowers its thermal efficiency and leads to decreased performance. The Radium catch can captures these contaminants and routes clean filtered air back into the intake, promoting negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance.
