Description
The Process West billet intake manifold is the result of years of research, multiple prototypes and an uncompromising design process. It is the highest level of induction engineering available for the Subaru WRX and STI, where precision aesthetics and outright performance are equally important.
Billet construction throughout
A full billet plenum with generous billet bell mouths and thick-wall polished CNC mandrel-bent tube components, assembled with high-end TIG welding. This makes it suitable for boosted applications up to 100psi, a level no other product in this category comes close to for strength and finish.
Real performance gains
The plenum volume and runner length have been optimised for strong low and mid-range torque without sacrificing top end. Even on a stock setup, customers regularly see gains of 10% or more.
Broad compatibility
The range is modular, covering everything from the MY99 GC8 through to the latest WRX and STI. This configuration suits the stock orientation with a Bosch drive-by-wire 74mm throttle body. Custom throttle flanges are available on request. For builds not requiring air conditioning, the Track version can be supplied with shorter billet TGVs for more upper-rev power.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), and orders placed before 12pm AEST are usually dispatched the same day. Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days and express 1-3, with tracking emailed as your order leaves.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unused parts in their original packaging. Refunds incur a 15% restocking fee (20% for special orders), or choose store credit and the full purchase value is applied to your account.
