Description
This bolt-on, integrated upgrade solves the two biggest bottlenecks in the EJ-series intake system at once: air restriction and fuel supply.
CNC machined from billet aluminium, the Dual Fuel Rail Tumbler Delete Kit replaces the restrictive factory assembly with precision-machined billet components for maximum airflow and reliable fuel delivery on high-boost builds.
Billet tumbler delete
The factory Tumble Generator Valves (TGV, or tumblers) use butterfly valves in the intake runners that create severe restriction, especially at mid to high RPM. This kit removes that bottleneck entirely with a high-flow, smooth internal runner and a radiused inlet and outlet profile for laminar flow into the cylinder head ports. The result is measurable horsepower and torque gains across the rev range.
Dual fuel rails
For builds running upgraded turbos, injectors and E85 or race fuels, the factory single-feed fuel system is inadequate. The integrated dual-rail design supports larger injectors and provides a consistent, uninterrupted fuel supply under high load, preventing the fuel starvation common in highly tuned applications. It is built into the TGV delete assembly, reducing complexity and failure points compared to separate rail and spacer kits.
