Overview:
The MOTUL RBF 700 Factory Line is a 100% synthetic, polyglycol-based racing brake fluid designed for extreme braking conditions. It offers a dry boiling point of approximately 336 °C (637 °F) and a wet boiling point of around 205 °C (401 °F), significantly outperforming standard DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 fluids.
It meets the DOT 4 standard (FMVSS 116) which means it can be used in many high-performance road vehicles, but is built specifically for high thermal loads.
Who it's for:
-
Motorsport teams
and serious track-day drivers using carbon or ceramic brake systems, or heavily stressed steel brakes, who need a fluid with very high fade resistance.
-
Performance car owners who drive aggressively (e.g., high-speed runs, spirited driving, circuit days) and want a brake fluid that remains stable under sustained high temperatures.
-
Anyone upgrading from standard brake fluid who seeks a premium option for both road and occasional track use, especially when using high-performance brake systems or aftermarket big brake kits.
- Application: Brake Fluid
