Description
The HKS S-Type Oil Cooler Kit for the Nissan 370Z (Z34) is a purpose-built cooling solution for the VQ37VHR engine. Sustained track or spirited road use causes oil temperatures to climb beyond safe limits; this kit adds a large-capacity external oil cooler that stabilises temperatures and protects the engine under extended load. The complete kit includes all hardware needed for installation with minimal modifications to the vehicle.
Features
- Large-capacity oil cooler core sized specifically for the Z34 chassis and VQ37VHR engine's oil volume.
- Includes high-temperature braided oil hoses (90-degree and 45-degree configurations), precision aluminium brackets, and a multi-piece air guide system.
- Filter mount and all fittings included; compatible with the OEM oil filter (AY100-NS004).
- Installation requires slight trimming of the alternator bracket and the right-front splash guard only.
- Oil capacity increases by approximately 0.8 L (from 4.9 L to 5.7 L) when the kit is fitted.

- Not compatible with Nismo variants.

- Use only the specified OEM oil filter and manufacturer-recommended engine oil.
