Revzone Returns Policy

RevZone ensures that the RevZone store’s content is up to date with the latest information.
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the product and/or fitment as items cannot be returned.

If the item is faulty:  A replacement or refund for the value of the item may be available should the item be deemed faulty by the manufacturer and the following steps are followed:

  1. Contact us immediately once the fault is found
  2. Follow the directions of subsequent correspondence

Where the item fault is discovered before fitment you may be required to provide item fault description and photos. Where the item fault is discovered during or after fitment you will be required to provide details including date of fitment, distance travelled and photos. A replacement or refund for any faulty item is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions and can only be processed once the manufacturer has provided approval.

Please keep in mind that you will take responsibility for postage and associated delivery costs on returns. In addition, if the item is not found to be faulty you will also be responsible for all shipping and handling costs to resend the item back to you.

If the item is damaged:  We offer replacements up to the value of the damaged item(s) when the following steps are followed:

  1. Perform inspection and identify damage of the delivered item on receipt
  2. Detail any damage on the delivery consignment note before signing for the package
  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  4. Follow the directions of subsequent correspondence

You may be asked to provide details of damage and photos of the damaged product. You may also be required to return the item via a registered courier.

If the item is not as described/wrong item received: We offer replacements up to the value of the original order when the following steps are followed:

  1. Contact us within 3 days from receipt of the item
  2. Follow the directions of subsequent correspondence

You may be asked to provide an explanation of how the item does not meet the item description, or in the case of wrong item, provide the part number of the incorrect item received. You may also be required to return the item via a registered courier.

If you have selected the wrong item: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have selected the correct item. However we may offer a conditional replacement when you have selected incorrectly and the following steps are followed:

  1. Contact us within 2 days from receipt of the item.
  2. Follow the directions of subsequent correspondence

The conditions for replacement in this circumstance are as follows:

  1. You will be required to return the item pre-paid via a registered courier
  2. The returned item must be unused, unfitted and in its original packaging and condition
  3. The replacement item will incur an additional freight charge
  4. You must also pay the difference in value between the original item you purchased and your chosen replacement item where the alternative item has a greater value

If you no longer want the item: Unfortunately all sales are final and we are unable to provide full refunds.
 
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
